Marathon Training Update

This morning I ran sixteen miles, that is two miles longer than my previous high of fourteen. It was rough at times but I finished in a respectable 1:57.08. Next week it goes up to eighteen miles and then in two weeks the big twenty miler before I shut things down for a week to go to Mexico.

Yikes! I've heard an ice bath after long training session is very helpful. Or you could just pay $60 to get a massage.
